How we measured a two-day close

We counted a close as done when the accountant export was downloaded. 140 studios opted in to usage reporting between January and August 2026.
Who we left out
Studios in their first month were left out, since their first close includes setup.
The result
The median close took 2 working days. The mean was 2.6, pulled up by three studios that closed a quarter at once.
